|Recommended: YesBest apartments I’ve ever stayed in. — Really enjoy it here at Arbor Landing on the river. The staff both office maintenance are very nice. Grounds are kept clean manicured. They are good about communicating to residence about any problems on the grounds or if pest control is coming by to spray. They have little things they do for the residence like bingo, taco night, fitness classes. They really take care of their residence here.

|Recommended: YesGreat place for military families — We got orders to Keesler AFB while my husband is in training. Arbor Landing On The River has been wonderful. The maintenance staff have been so attentive to any issues and have gone above and beyond. They have been so prompt in addressing everything we have asked and have even helped us out while my husband is on a TDY. The staff in the office have been transparent and so helpful. I would highly recommend Arbor Landing on the River, to anyone in the Biloxi area

|Recommended: YesGreat, Quiet Convenient Place to Live — We love it here at Arbor Landing on the River. We live in the back of the property near the river and it’s quiet. We rarely have any issues and when we do they get addressed quickly. We love how generous the property owners are, and hope the food trucks continue

Our children and dog love him as well. We know whatever the task he will complete it, quickly, correctly and without complaint.
