|Recommended: YesAbsolutely Love Living Here — We've been here for a few years now, and we absolutely love everything about this complex. Our unit is spacious, and the pool and gym amenities are fantastic. Maintenance staff are always helpful and friendly, as well as the office staff. We've always felt safe here and get along well with our neighbors. Location is great being so close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores. I can't rave about this place enough

|Recommended: YesBest Decision Ever — We have been at Arbor Landing on the River for almost a year now. We relocated from central MS where we enjoyed our own home on several acres of land. We were very skeptical about moving to an apartment after having our own home. We could not have made a better decision. The staff here is amazing, the maintenance staff is top notch, and the community is like no other. I really enjoy the diverseness in the residents from all age groups to all ethnic backgrounds. The staff do a really good job catering to the needs of everyone by providing several different activities. The grounds are immaculate and there is such a since of pride in making sure all the residents are happy. Friendly is an understatement with this group and there is such a feeling of home here. We made the best choice, and I would recommend living here to anyone.
